Copying arguments in C  RSS feed

i want to moved the position of the argument passed in the terminal using a function and a while loop, my problem is that the last argument passed has no place to be copied to, and i want it to be copied to the 1st argument.the code below describes everything

Not sure the code describes everything. Are you expecting 1 or 2 or many arguments on the command line? Maybe provide the command line syntax? (exec arg1 arg2 arg3)
