Add some notes on this:
1. javax.faces.render.Renderer class :
    method : encodeBegin (FacesContext context, UIComponent component) throws IOException
  Need to memorize these two parameters for all other encode/decode methods.
2. javax.faces.component.FacesComponent abstract class:
  method : encodeBegin (FacesContext context)
  Just one parameter
