How to migrate netbeans 7.2 to netbeans 7.4  RSS feed

My application is working fine with Netbeans 7.2 - it is built on jdk 6 JSF / primefaces and glassfish But when I try to run the same application on same server using Netbeans 7.4 or and later version, i get the following error:

I have noticed that the server libraries and netbeans libraries are different in both IDEs, I removed the server libraries (which were pointing to glassfish 4 and pointed to the libraries of glassfish 3 as in netbeans 7.2) but it did not help.

What is the proper way to migrate from one netbeans version to the later version?
