I need to set the password for SQLite database in windows. Is there any sql command available to set the password in SQLite database? Any suggestions on this

My understanding is that SQLite is not designed for username and password security, but you can use your operating system's security, because the database is all in one file.  How to proceed depends on your OS.

I did a quick search and found this: https://www.sqlite.org/src/doc/trunk/ext/userauth/user-auth.txt

Note that your SQLite database has to be built with authentication enabled for it to work.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
