Suppose you are in an interview and you are the interviewer - what would you ask an applicant about spring to make sure that he has extensive knowledge about spring and years of experience?

Don't worry I'm not trying to cheat - it's impossible anyway, I'm simply trying to pick up aspects that are important, but may be ignored by newcomers.
