Hi,

First decide the Application Type [portal, web-application , web service, ..], Weblogic provide you to build a plate-form /domain and then application.

Create Domain for your application( Weblogic has inteface for it).It will create \\installtion directory\user_projects\domains\YOUR_DOMAIN...
Place all config and properties file inside the domain..Go to config directory from domain ..edit/update config.xml to point to directory where your application ear/war is located..thats it ..!

If you're running development mode to test you applications you can than just drop your archived or expanded file under ${DOMAIN_NAME}/autodeploy and that's it. Take a look at the readme.txt file there it has more explanation on this feature.

regards.
