weired error - exact match is false

i get this kind of errors very often for any library : exact-match is false. even when specification version and implementation version of that lib is same. what is the work around of that?

just by changing weblogic-application.xml it doesn't work as that is just to let server know which lib is requried for this app, right? please correct me if i am wrong.
