What's the target audience of this book? Is it for expert JavaScript developers or can be understood by newbies also?

I took a glance at the Manning page, and you don't have to be an 'expert' per se, but
you should
be comfortable reading and writing pre-ES6 code.
With a little knowledge, a
cast iron skillet
is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
