Weblogic Server does not start

My weblogic server was working well before I redployed my application. Now it don't start. It stops at this point.

<Notice> <Log Management> <BEA-170019> <The server log file C:\bea\user_projects\domains\mydomain\myserver\myserver.log is opened. All server side log events will be written to this file. >

After this nothing comes up. Waited for more than 20 minutes but server does not proceed further. Can some one help me out with this.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
