[ApacheDs] How to use "changetype: delete" correctly?  RSS feed

Hey there!

I just got into LDAP Servers and everything that is  coming with it. As I was looking for an all Java one, I am by now using ApacheDs and already successfully embedded it into my application.
Now I am trying to modify/configure my Server with LDIF files. These LDIF-Files contain everything I need to setup my Server and almost all of them work just fine and do what they are supposed to.

For example changing an entry like this works just fine:

But however trying to delete the entry doesn't do anything at all.
I tried it like this:

To execute the LDIF-Files I use LdifFileLoader.execute() (org.apache.directory.server.protocol.shared.store.LdifFileLoader) which seems to work just fine for everything but deleting entries...
It does not give my any errors, like it does when i messed up the syntax or so.

Is there anyone who maybe had the same issue or anyone who knows what I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!
