Can anyone suggest me pl/sql book that covers all the topic in a systematic manner with examples for a beginner

I recommend Murach's PL/SQL book.

I haven't read this title, but I have read other Murach books. They are very beginner friendly and always have examples.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
