Hi all,

I would like to build a web app using React and then integarte the view in a Spring MVC app. I have read that the integration between both requires very deep React knowledge.

Could someone bring some light about this topic, please?

Regards, Isaac

That is quite a vague and broad ask. Have you tried searching for articles about integrating React.js and Spring?

Of course, in fact I am reading about it  :https://spring.io/blog/2015/09/01/react-js-and-spring-data-rest-part-1-basic-features

But what I meant is integrate a front end React app already built into the view.

Well then perhaps you cite the source where you read that "integration ... requires very deep React knowledge" to give us some more context around your question.

It comes from here : https://medium.com/@TechMagic/reactjs-vs-angular5-vs-vue-js-what-to-choose-in-2018-b91e028fa91d

The thing is that I would like to avoid the use of Angular, beceuse then the front end shoul dbe built again.

React apps are written as SPAs (single page applications) and are just static HTML/JavaScript pages. Serve them from any web app just as you would any other static pages.

That said, I always keep my SPA apps and backend APIs separate. Things are more versatile that way.
