In the latest release of text extraction API for .NET version 18.8, support for text analysis has been extended to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Text documents. Users can extract text areas from document pages using API classes and utilize the text for further evaluation. Current version also lets you add passwords for protected documents on-demand in dotnet applications.
