I completed the 1Z0-809 exam 24 hours ago and still have not received the email with my results. The results are not in Oracle CertView either. When I took the 1Z0-808 exam I received an email right after my test, before I got to my car. I took this exam on a Saturday, does that make a difference? Does anyone know if I have to wait until Monday to get the email? I took the exam thru PearsonVue and their support line is not open until Monday.

Tim,
You should have gotten it regardless of weekday vs weekend. Automated systems don't take holidays.

Unfortunately, the actual people you are going to have to speak to about this do take time off. Note that Monday is a holiday in the US. So depending on where Pearson support is, you might have to wait until Tuesday to speak to someone.

Good luck!

That's what I suspected. I will update the thread when I find out what happened. Thank you.

They say it takes 30 minutes to receive the result. In my case it took 30 hours.

The CertView site says it can take 48 hours.

UPDATE: I received an email from Acclaim on Sunday at 9:30 PM letting me know I can claim my badge. I checked CertView and no exam results. Well, at least I knew I passed the exam. On Monday afternoon I checked CertView again and my exam results were posted so it took the full 48 hours to get my results from CertView. I contacted Pearson Vue on Tuesday morning and they said they would get back to me. I received an email from Oracle at noon on Tuesday telling me my exam results were available. I received an email from Pearson Vue Customer Support on Wednesday in reply to my question about not getting an email after my exam on Saturday. It was just instructions on how to get the results from CertView. I replied back with my original question about why I didn't receive an email after the exam and they have not replied back as on Friday.
It's just frustrating after studying for months and paying a fee, that in this day and age I had to wait 2 days to get my exam results, especially in our field. I took the CompTIA Security+ exam last year and got the results at the end of the exam. I guess the lesson learned is don't take the exam on a holiday weekend.
Thank you all for your replies.

BTW I passed with a 90%

Tim,
Thanks for posting back what happened. It's not typical to have to wait 2 days for results. But knowing it happens to some people will make others less worried if it happens to them!

And congrats on your nice pass!
