it is a long process so why dont you tell me what you have so far and i will try to walk you through the rest

I have websphere application server and visualage for java.
but i didn't done anything on it.
i know ejb.

Which version of WAS are you referring to. There is a huge difference between deploying ejb�s in WAS 3.5 to that in WAS 4.0.
If you are deploying ejb's in WAS 4.0 please look at the sample provided in the Infocenter documentation here especially section 6
