I am new here at coderanch. I have this problem of logging in my account in pearson vue. Whenever I login, it always shows me this warning message.
"For security reasons, your session has been deactivated. This typically occurs when no activity has been detected for a certain period of time. Please start again.
Return to Pearson VUE home page."
What could be the problem for this one?
Do I need to signup for a new account?
Also, if I sign up a new account, how will Oracle/Pearson Vue recognized that I have passed the required OCA exam to allow me to schedule for the OCP exam.
Thank you so much for the answers. Any help will much be appreciated.
By the way, I am currently reading the materials of Jeanne Boyarsky and Scott Selikoff and I find it really useful understanding concepts in Java.
Good to know that you are preparing for the OCP certification which really helps to know Java concepts well. As far as your problem is concerned i think you better contact Pearson Vue. They have online chat on contact page, click here --> Pearson contact see if it helps.
We have OCPJP Wall of Fame in that read My Story of people who passed the exam, they have shared their experiences and resources too, how they prepared for the exam etc.
I appreciate your reply. I just contact the pearson customer support agent and I tried all the suggestions/tips they provided me but unfortunately, still having the issue
Anyway, thank you for sharing the OCPJP Wall of Fame, it really motivates me to take the exam not just to pass it but it also makes me become competitive since most of the grades posted there are 90+ and even 100% which is really amazing! I only got 92% on OCA studying Jeanne and Scott book and I know that getting atleast 80% for the OCP is not that easy since the OCP exam is much harder than the OCA exam.
