I'm getting the class not found exception for the Driver.  I'm trying to connect to the database, but I don't know where to find the classpath jar to connect to the database.  I have Xampp, but I cannot find it.  Connector J does not work for some reason, because it tells me the port is already in use, and I cannot get it to run as it keeps saying failed, and I'm thinking that it's because I already have Xampp, so I cannot use a connector to connect to a port I'm already using.  I just want to know where to find the jar and what the username and password is, such as root.

Okay.  I figured out that part.  I just wasn't downloading the right thing.
