I have an angularJS application with below:

temp.html

inside script folder I have the below app.js

It gives error [$controller:ctrlreg] http://errors.angularjs.org/1.6.9/$

If I use the same temp.html code in index.html it works fine without any error. How can I resolve this? thanks.
