Are there any tutorial available for developing p a mobile app with a ruby on rails back-end?

For developing the app it doesn't matter which language the backend is written in. You'd generally be using HTTPS to access it, maybe for exchanging JSON, but the implementation language is irrelevant - which is as it should be, separation of layers and all that.
