I have installed java and set the enviorement variables numerious times on as many computers and never came across this error, I guess for everything is a first time.
Now when I startup my webapplication on a tomcat server I get the error:

Online I read to solve this you have to add an additional system variable called _JAVA_OPTIONS and set it to -Xmx512M, but that didn't solve the issue for me.
Any other ideas?

Nevermind... Apparently the issue came cause I was using a 64bit version of Java11 and a 32bit version Xampp.
Which kinda sucks cause there isn't a 32bit java 11 version or a 64bit Xampp version, so I'm forced to use an older java version.
Lol use Xampp, it's easy and combines everything you need in one package, my a**, with the time I spend trying to configure it and scanning for errors, it would have bin easier to download and use everything separately.
So for everyone reading this don't use Xampp, it used to be great, but it's serious falling behind...
