Is this a Spring application or a Spring Boot application? Spring Boot should autoconfigure a JavaMailSender bean for you, but Spring doesn't. In that case you need to have to provide it through a method annotated with @Bean. You can then use JavaMailSenderImpl as implementation.

What provider are you using?
Let's say you use gmail, this would be the configuration.

I dont use smtp but jndi

So look up it's configuration, it was ment as an example, in Belgium we would say thank you...

if you using springboot you could put you server.xml in your application.properties
