This week's book giveaway is in the Agile and Other Processes forum. We're giving away four copies of Real-World Software Development: A Project-Driven Guide to Fundamentals in Java and have Dr. Raoul-Gabriel Urma & Richard Warburton on-line! See this thread for details.
I wrote the VAJava Certification. Passed it. It wasn't bad at all. Fairly straight forward. Its a nice thing to have. Might got for the UML cetification next so I can combine the SCJP, VAJ, and UMl for the bigger certification. Thanks for all those who posted info about the 282 exam, and answered my questions..certainly helped me out. congrats Faisal. I am doing this IBM stuff, too. Actually I am sitting in a course about WebSphere Administration. The course material seems too shorten way to pass exams (the question in sample test were much simpler, after attending the course). axel

Hey Axel, Thats AWESOME!! I wish I could take some IBM courses. I really enjoy the IBM products and what they have to offer me the developer. Right Now companies like IBM will most likely be helped with a unstable economy just because it is a huge corporation and people have the confidence it isn't going to go anywhere. My company signed me up for a XML course but that ws canceled. I'm still signed up for a Websphere course so I hope I get to attend that. I'll have to wait till December to see. What certifications are you looking to get Axel? Good luck Faisal
