Regex to allow decimals numbers in XX.XX format only  RSS feed

Please help me with regex to allow decimals numbers in XX.XX format only. The expression should strictly restricting only 2 digits before and after decimal.

Better than a regexp might be a NumberFormat that only allows numbers that have appropriate values.
