Controller implements an Interface  RSS feed

I have a Controller which implements an Interface like this



The interesting part of the Interface is like this;



When I run the web service (SOAP UI) I get a 404 error
{status":404,"error":"Not Found","message":"No message available","path":"/test/v1/test"}

It get lost from the method to the Interface because the annotation below is commented, the reason is that that Code already exists in the Interface.
