Do you have a constructor that takes Integer, String, String, Double? Or is it int, String, String, Double? If it's the latter, try changing the type of your first column to int.class.

Thanks Rob.  I simply removed the ' @ConstructorResult(targetClass = com.xgenomics.salesperformance.dto.WorkEffectAverage.class,' line and that seems to have fixed it.
