Better fit for mainframe guys: WebSphere vs. WLogic?

Hey guys, common question for you:
What would be a better fit for a developer with 8 years of IBM mainframe experience converting to J2EE world? Will it be WebSphere or WebLogic? please, answer from point of career opportunities, job posiiton requiring Web Servers expertise(hoping, that job market eventually picks up ) and learning curve and ease of use.

I would definitely recommend WebSphere 'cause IBM offers WebSphere Application Server V4.0.1 for z/OS and OS/390 (which is perfect for you to learn).

Give me a break! Big blue all the way! But seriously, the market is pretty much split down the middle. As for job opportunities, it's six of one half-a-dozen of the other. The training will be more familiar from IBM (same trainers in some cases) as will the good old redbooks...
