I'm wondering if GO is pure functional programming comparing to JavaScript or .Net that uses framework. Thanks

Not sure I fully understand the question... Go is not a pure-functional programming language, no.

Applications using the .NET framework require a runtime to be installed on the target machine (whether separately or bundled with the app itself) before they can run. JavaScript applications also require that a runtime like Node be installed. Go applications do not require this; they are compiled to fully-native machine code and can be run on systems where Go is not installed.
