This week's book giveaway is in the NodeJS forum. We're giving away four copies of Serverless Applications with Node.js and have Slobodan Stojanovic & Aleksandar Simovic on-line! See this thread for details.
I just wanted to say what a pain it is to have to add new functions to a mess of a project.
The gui code is 6000 lines long with the majority being code that should be put into different classes. Also, did i mention the methods are hundreds of lines long. Thankfully the function i have to add is pretty simple just have to test it. Oh wait there is no I.o.c. or interfaces anywhere to be seen.
The real pain is mostly navigating it.
Anybody had to deal with stuff like that? What the worse kind of code youve had to work on?
