Use multiple wars in a single web server through router war  RSS feed

I do have two different wars with two different tech stack under java turf. So I have business case certain user (X users) to war1 and another kind of user (Y users) has to go war2. And I decided to write layer as a war to route for these two wars.

Ideally, my application running on the jetty server. So as per this infra details is possible and can you please elaborate or any code snippet or some API to suggest to achieve this solution.
