What you’ll be doing
The world of computer networks and infrastructure is transforming. More and more capability is moving to the edge, as smart devices become ubiquitous. Joining this together and managing it in a way that delivers business outcome centric platforms for our customers, is a growing challenge. Here, you’ll be involved in a developing a range of platform solutions from cloud service to dedicated private infrastructures, to integrating components in the internet of things. Taking on a diverse range of challenges against the backdrop of multi-sourcing of services, you’ll be involved in ensuring seamless integration and operations in hybrid environments. Every day you’ll be forming vital links between information and operational technology. That could mean managing product upgrades, safeguarding infrastructures, introducing innovative new tools, building servers and network security protection from scratch, or supporting on integration and service management.

Essential skills

Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, coupled with a methodical approach to your work are a requirement, as well as the ability to develop good relationships with customers. A strong interest in technology is a must, along with an aptitude to learn quickly and a passion to deliver solutions that ensure operational excellence for our clients.
