Browser Tab is Not Displaying Page Title

I apologize if this is not the correct forum.

I have a web app that initially displays the page title in the browser tab.
However, if I refresh the page then the tab text changes to Waiting for gvas400.corp.zodiac.lan which is the server the app runs on.

If I close the app or clear the browser cache the tab displays the title again.

Sorry but on IE 11
