Is there an OpenJDK 64-bit version 8 for windows complete with security updates?

I'm assuming you've seen this:

It has a schedule for when security updates will be implemented.  I guess it depends on what you consider "complete."

All things are lawful, but not all things are profitable.

You may also try Amazon Corretto. It provides  patches and updates on a regular basis.
