How to make the right access rights to all users?  RSS feed

I have access rights to all pages only from the admin (only all users can visit the login page). So, I want all users to visit the "allStudents.jsp" page too. Did I write the code correctly for the access rights? And how can I make so that allStudents is the main page and immediately jumps out when I launch the project, I just now have the first authorization page

You can choose the start page by mapping the root mapping to whatever you want.  For the security part I suggest checking out the docs they are very helpful.  Here's a link to configuring http security: spring link
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
