I making an android app which need to display data analysis using Gantt Chart.
I implement this library from https://github.com/PhilJay/MPAndroidChart and it runs smoothly in my app.

But what I'm worrying is if this library has been removed from github repo, will my app get affected?

Removing it from Github would make no difference to the app. Removing it also from the repositories would break the app build, though. But it's open source, so nothing prevents you from keeping and using the source code as is allowed under its license.
