I think the PDF download link works the first time only. I registered and got a link to download the PDF/Epub, closed my browser window and now, I am unable to download it using the same link again. Can you regenerate the download link for me ?

This is great!   Just like Piet, I tried to enter my email address but even though it is the right one it is considered not valid. Is there any work around?

Ok, sorry for the issues with the download... generally speaking it works -
over 6000 downloads so far! But for a few people it's not working -
I am using a profesional email service in the background, and it does some email validation in the background,
possible that it rejects some emails. We are still investigating the issue.
