What exam would you recommend? OCA8 or Java11 already?

I don't have a certification yet. I wonder for how long the OCA Java 8 will still be relevant. Since the exam is the same price as the new OCPJP for Java 11, I wanted to know what would be wiser in the 2019's end of the year.

Thank you.

Does that matter? If you get a good job this year, will anybody ask you whether you have OCPJP8 or OCP11/II in the year 2023?

I suggest you go for the Java11 exam if possible because you will have to learn modules. Other people will have different opinions.
