I'm just realize that The OCP SE8 Study guide i bought 2 years ago has missing page 143 to 190 and misprint with pages from other books. I bought from amazon and it is OCA and OCP 2 in 1 pack.

Anyone facing similar issue? how you guys deals with this?

The worst thing for me is that it has been 2 years after i bought this , seems i can only to buy a new one...sad

That is very unfortunate indeed. I must say that (luckily) I have never encountered such a problem myself. Even though it has been a while, wouldn't it be possible to get a new book? It is obvious that this error was there since the beginning...

Your contract is with your supplier; you will have to get them to sort the problem out. The law varies from country to country, but you probably do not have to produce a receipt, and the supplier is probably obliged to give you a refund. As BG says, the goods were faulty from the beginning. Tell your supplier you only needed chapters 1‑3 at first, or one of the other books, which is why you have only just noticed the problem.
I have seen this sort of printing error before; it is unusual however.
Look at your supplier's website and find their customer services phone number.

Already reached out to Amazon UK, but they can't do anything about this since it is after 30 days of return and refund period.
So I contact Wiley directly through their live support, sent my receipt along with photos of error pages. Waiting for them to reply me back about their solution.

Say, “Sale of Goods Act”. I am not certain, but I don't think the Sale of Good Act allows such a limitation.

This isn't going to make you feel better, but that was a problem way back when. It has long been fixed. You have the old copy which doesn't help.

I hope the publisher is able to do something!

I think we should commend the publisher, but I still think Amazon were legally liable.

They weren't very bright, but they were very, very big. Ad contrast:
