Websphere 4.0

I successfully deployed an application containing only web module in websphere4.0. Now if I want to change my Jsp's and servlets do I need to go through the whole process of creating the war files and ear files again. I tried this once but still the code did not get refreshed. Can somebody please tell me the process by which the code already deployed can be changed.

Open Your Deployed application in AAT file and
go the IBM extensions tab and set Reloading enabled to true and set the reloading intreval to am appropriate value.
