How I can enable LTPA security in WebSphere 4.0.1

Is this advanced version? I'm using WAS 4.0.4 advanced and for that you go to the admin client then select security (under the menu). Then the'll be a checkbox for LPTA.

I am using the version 4.0.1 Advancd single server edtion, and when I go to the web based admin console and under the security there is nothink for LTPA ! whats wrong here .
