Hi,
I am using log4j-1.2.5 in my websphere studio 4.0.3 in win 2000 (deployment is in AIX).
In log4j config file, there is one line (from my tomcat sample):
log4j.appender.test.File=${tomcat.home}/logs/test.log
Now if I replace the ${tomcat.home} with ${WAS_ROOT} for websphere, it won't work.
Does anyone know how log4j can know the WAS root directory ?
Thanks.
David
