Pivot Table from a Worksheet Excel C#

Hi everyone, I am new here so I would like to help you in all I can and get the same help!

I am working right now with interops to get an Excel file from a Datatable. Everything is ok but I am trying to generate a pivot table from an Excel ... I have seen a lot of examples but in every example they define the columns ... Why? Can't I generate the file taking all the information from the excel worksheet?
