Can you help me with this code. It has stopped working,It can download only 9kbyte.
I have no problem with other links.

I dont know what type of link it is :

There is an other link. What it means 'from' , maybe it's a redirect..

That's not a link, it's a way of passing a link as URL parameter. The download code on the server side apparently knows how to make that into an URL (replace the %-encoded characters, for example).

Also, this is a very bad idea:

At the very least, log the exception to where you will see it. Otherwise, how will you know about any problems?
