Error during build, can't find Tomcat7 plugin

Here's the Error message from the command prompt.

No plugin found for prefix 'tomcat7' in the current project and in the plugin groups [org.apache.maven.plugins, org.codehaus.mojo] available from the repositories

This is what my pom.xml looks like.  The plugin should be between the build tags at the end.

I realized the problem.  I wasn't in the root where my pom.xml was when I was trying to build the project.

Sorry.
