How to get basic Java certification?

I have been working on and off with Android and Java for 2 years, last couple of months with FX, on my project.
After all that effort, I thought it would be a good idea to get a Java certification.

What sort of basic certification can I get and what exams, effort and costs are involved?

I am OK with basic Java, I think...
