Self Healing System - How does Docker cater to that segment?

Basically  Docker lacks of synchronization between the designed containers and those deployed and there are no enough tooling to ensure the deploy ability and the management of those Docker containers.
How does docker architecture compare to other container system architecture in terms of catering to the self healing maybe using ML or AI.

I'm not sure what that assertion is supposed to mean. Docker is the facility that deploys and manages Docker containers as much as it is a system for building the containers in the first place.

And when I used the Puppet Docker management module, Puppet not only created and deployed containers, it also generated systemd resources to ensure auto-starting/monitoring/restarting (including restart on failure).

And that's even before you get to the really sophisticated stuff like Kubernetes.
