Hi, i am new to this Java Data Base and i tried to connect to MySql but i have a lot of trouble

This code

is producing countless exceptions such as

Loading class `com.mysql.jdbc.Driver'. This is deprecated. The new driver class is `com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver'. The driver is automatically registered via the SPI and manual loading of the driver class is generally unnecessary.
Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value 'Central European Standard Tim' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the 'serverTimezone' configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

The first error message tells you to delete line 11 of that posted code.

The other one about time zones... I googled the key words from the error message and soon found there is a bug in some versions of MySQL. However much of the discussion took place several years ago, so: what version of MySQL are you using, and can you upgrade to a later version?

I downloaded the newest version MySql server 8.0.19, it seems like there is some kind of bug in this version, i will try downloading the older version.

Let us know how that works out, then. Other people are probably having the same problem and it helps to have solutions documented on the web.

Look close: You misspelled CEST: you only spelled "Tim" instead of "Time" - so, correcting the spelling (or removing it at all) and using correct Connector version should fix all of that. Or, what about anybody else does: Don't use MySQL and MySQL-connector anymore just use MariaDB + MariaDB-connector - wich connect string looks like jdbc:mariadb:// ...
