JavaFX cant get map

Hello, im doing gui for my java program but i have one problem. I create scene with textfields, collecting them and then im putting this into my map. Next i create new scene where i want to print those results but my map size is 0
Im using my old model for map:
Those are my button actions:

It looks like its creating new map everytime i click anything
But i dont really know why

I'm assuming that the two button handlers are in the same controller and that the variable model is of type Model.  Where do you declare model?  Where do you initialize it?

If it's not too big, try posting the entire controller.  If you can't do that, show us where model is declared and initialized.
