Can war file be deployed on Node.js server like it can be done on tomcat.If not then why?

I will check on that. My first observation is that unlike a server like tomcat here, I do not see a Web UI from which I can say click on manage, upload the war and then click on start.   I will check.

If I were you, I'd first research what a WAR exactly is, and how it relates to Node.

Well that wouldn't do any good for me anyway. When I deploy WARs, I do it using non-GUI methods. In fact, I usually build an OS Installer package.
