Would you like to develop your engineering career working with exciting Radar technology?

Come and join us as an Engineer within the Great Baddow or Cowes Radar teams to work on the next generation of radar products offered to the Royal Navy, the Royal Air Force and overseas export customers. We have a number of positions covering all levels of experience and offer a wealth of career options and training.

Joining the Radar team means that you'll be adding to your experiences and skills within an exciting and growing area of radar development required to protect UK assets against more sophisticated and evolving threats. You'll be working with teams of Engineers, Physicists and Mathematicians on the very latest research, design and development required for the portfolio of modern BAE Systems' radars.

The roles are primarily based in Great Baddow in Chelmsford, Essex, which is the UK’s newest city with excellent links into London.

Our alternative location, the Isle of Wight, has areas of outstanding natural beauty, safe beaches, lots of water sports, many summer festivals (including the iconic IoW music festival), and excellent links to Southampton and Portsmouth.
