I have recently installed WAS 5 using IBM HTTP SERVER on Windows 2000. Everything works fine until I try to configure them for SSL using port 443.
I can add port 443 to WAS 5 for the server that I am using and a host alias using that port and when I stop and start WAS5 everything is fine.
The problem occurs when I add port 443 to the http server. I then get an error saying that port 443 is in use when I try to stop and start the appserver on WAS5.
Any help would be appreciated with this one.

Hi Rex -- we have only a few rules here at the Ranch but one of them is our rule that user names MUST be of the form "firstname <space> lastname". Please read the naming convention rules and then change your user name to match them.
